The pressure due to atmosphere is very large but we are not crushed because our body is also exert pressure. It is exerted by the blood flowing inside our blood vessels .

It's true that the pressure due to atmosphere is very large. However, the reason we, are crushed by the weight of this air is because this external pressure is balanced by our internal pressure, which arises from various fluids ( like blood flowing through our blood vessels) and materials we are composed of(like different gases and minerals).
