:. Radius(r)=(20/2)cm. =10cm

:. Area of base(a)$= \pi {r}^{2}$
$= ( \frac{22}{7} \times {10}^{2}) {cm}^{2}$

Pressure= 40 pascal

Force(f)=?

we know,

pressure=$\frac{f}{a}$

=> 40=$\frac{f}{ \frac{22}{7} \times 100 }$
=>f=$40 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 100$
=> f=12571.43 (approx)
