Our lungs are filled with air, but it's at the same pressure which the surrounding atmosphere has (760 Torr, or 14 PSI). If you were to pump the air out of your lungs, so there was less pressure inside your body than outside, then your lungs would collapse.

Answer:Actually our blood pressure regulates our body with atmospheric pressure... So one can say both have equal pressure...
