In an Ideal gas it is considered that there is no intermolecular force if attraction, i.e, the air molecules don't attract each other. However it is not applicable in reality here come the real gas where the molecules do attract each other therefore it has less pressure. Think of it like this. That in an Ideal gas the you are trying to push a door and nobody is pulling you however in an Ideal gas there are people pulling you therefore you will be able to apply less pressure on the door
