Let the cost of text book be X

the cost of notebook =(X+10)

A.T.Q

2notebook+3textbook=120

2(X+10)+3(X)=120

2x+20+3x=120

5x=120-20

5x=100

X= 100/5=20

the cost of textbook=X=20

the cost of notebook=(X+10)=20+10=30.

Answer:

Let the cost of notebook be x.

So, the cost of textbook be (x+10)

A.T.Q

(2×x)+{3(x+10)}=120

2x+(3x+30)=120

2x+3x+30=120

5x+30=120

5x=120-30

x= 90

5

x= 18

So, Notebook=x=18rs

And,textbook=(x+10)=18+10=28

So, 2 Notebooks+3textbooks=120

2×18+3×28=120

36+84 =120

120 =120
