LET TAKE THAT PRICE OF
CHAIRS AS X
THEN TABLE PRICE X+20
THREE CHAIRS PRICE 3X
TWO TABLES PRICE 2(X+20)
3X+2X(X+20) = 340
3X + 2X + 40 = 340
5X +40 = 340
5X = 340-40
5X = 300
X = 300/5
X = 60
SO VALUE OF
CHAIR = X = ₹ 60
TABLE = X+20 = 60+20 = ₹80
CHAIRS AS X
THEN TABLE PRICE X+20
THREE CHAIRS PRICE 3X
TWO TABLES PRICE 2(X+20)
3X+2X(X+20) = 340
3X + 2X + 40 = 340
5X +40 = 340
5X = 340-40
5X = 300
X = 300/5
X = 60
SO VALUE OF
CHAIR = X = ₹ 60
TABLE = X+20 = 60+20 = ₹80
