The price of 2 tables and 3 chairs together is Rs.1075. Also the price of 3 tables and 8 chairs together is Rs. 1875. Find the price of one table and one chair.

price of table and chair is 425 & 75 respectively

given ,

2T+3C=1075,let it be eqn 1

3T+8C=1875,let it be eqn 2

eqn 1 * 3 =>6T+9C=3225,

eqn2 * 2 =>6T+16C=3750,

by solving, we get C=75,T=425.
