the price of 3tables and 5chairs is 7050 but a table costs 150more than a chair. find the price of each.

Let the price of a chair be Rs x and price of table be Rs (x+150).

3[x+150] +5x =7050

3x +450 +5x =7050

8x = 7050-450

8x = 6600

x =6600/8

x = Rs 825


Now,

Price of chair =x = Rs 825

Price of Table= (x+150) =825+150=Rs 975
