4x + 6y = 1300

from eqn 1st from 2nd by elemination

so the eqn will

12x + 18y = 3900

10x + 18y = 3800

subtract eqn (ii) from eqn (i)

we get

2x = 100

so X = 50

and put the value of X in condition 1

5(50) + 9x = 1900

250 + 9x = 1900

9x = 1900-250

X =1650÷9

X = 183.333..

the cost of one table = 50

the cost of one chair = 183.333..

the cost of 3 table = 3×50

= 150

the cost of 6 chairs = 6× 183.333
