Amount of increase= 25-20=5

Percentage increase

= \sf \frac{5}{20} x 100 \\\sf</p><p>= \frac{5}{ \cancel{20}} x \cancel{100}\:\:5

= 25%

25% increase

the percentage increase =((sp - co) / cp )×100

((25 - 20) / 20 )×100 = 25%
