HEYA ! DEAR, SIMPLIFY USE SHORT CUT FORMULA OF EFFECTIVE % =a+b+ab/100

for increase-take value +ve
for decrease-take value -ve
as it is ,

a=30, b=-20

a+b+ab/100=
30-20 +30(-20)/100

=30-10-(600/100)

=20-6

=14%
hence % age change in revenue =14%

hope it helped !!
thankyou !!
