hey buddy here is your answer

price before increment in price = 42

price Increase 5 RS thn = 42+5= 47 RS

so for knowing percentage we need to know difference in both %

For that

==> 42 RS is value before price increase is = 100 %

==> if 1 RS is value before price increase = 100/42 %

so for RS 47 the % will be = 100/42*47 = 111.90 %

so for knowing increased % only subtract new % from last 100%

==>111.90 - 100 = 11.90 % ( answer)
