The price of a ring was increased by 30% to £325. What was the price before the increase?

 Increase (g) = 30\%

 New \:price (n) = £ 325

 x = \frac{100 \times 325 }{100+30}

= \frac{100\times 325}{130}\\=£250

Therefore.,
