First let the ratio be 7x and 5x.
price of scooter is 8000 more so,
5x+8000=7x
7x-5x=8000
2x=8000
x=8000/2
x=4000rs
price of t.v=5*4000
=20,000 rs
price of scooter is 8000 more so,
5x+8000=7x
7x-5x=8000
2x=8000
x=8000/2
x=4000rs
price of t.v=5*4000
=20,000 rs
