let take the original price = x

price after discount = Rs. 129.60

discount = 4%

first we minus the discount from 100 . so,

100 - 4 = 96

so find the original price we use formula =

(100 - discount) / 100*x = original price

96/ 100*x =129.60

x=100/96*129.60

x= Rs. 135
