SOLUTION:

$On \: Rs. \: 13,000, \: the \: Tax \: to \: be \: paid \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: =Rs. (13000× \frac{12}{100}) \\ =Rs. 1560$

$Required \: Amount = CP+SalesTax \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: =Rs. 13,000+ Rs. 1,560 \\ =Rs. 14,560$

Thus, Vinod will have to pay Rs. 14,560 for the T.V.
