Cost of 2*(3/5) metres is Rs 65.

2 \times  \frac{3}{5}  =  \frac{10 + 3}{5}  =  \frac{13}{5}

Now,

13/5 metres = Rs 65

Multiplying both sides by 5,

5*(13/5) = 65*5

13 = 325

Dividing both sides by 13,

13/13 = 325/13

1 = 25

i.e. 1 metre = Rs 25

Cost of the cloth is Rs 25/metre.

Hope you find this helpful.
