SOLUTION:-

=>First Price of Petrol = ₹65.50.

=>Current Price of Petrol = ₹68.12.

=>Increased Price of Petrol = ₹(68.12-65.50)

                                             = ₹2.62.

≈Now, we have to find the increase percentage in ₹.

≈We Know that,

Increase \: \% =(  \frac{increase}{earlier \: price})  \times 100 \\  \\

= ( \frac{2.62}{65.50} ) \times 100 \\  \\   = 0.04\%

≈Hence,the increase per cent  is 0.04
