The selling price is the sum of increased amount and the original amount.

Increased amount = 8/100 (x)

 \frac{8}{100} (x) + x = 1566 \\ \\ \frac{2x}{25} + x = 1566 \\ \frac{27x}{25} = 1566 \\ x = \frac{1566 \times 25}{27} \\ \\ x = 1450

The answer is Rs. 1450
