Initial Price = P
New Price = 1.32P
New quantity = Q
Earlier quantity = 12kg
We know that
Expenditure = Price × Quantity
E= P × 12 (Initially)
>> E/P= 12
1.1E = 1.32P × Q (New)
110/132 × E/P = Q
Q = 110× 12/132
Q = 10kg
Therefore 10kg is the new Quantity.
