To find the payable amount:

cost after 10% discount= cost-10% of the cost

=30000-10% of 30000

=30000-10/100x30000

=30000-3000

=27000.

Tax charged on the cost after discount=12% of cost

=12% of 27000

=12/100x27000

=₹3240.

Total payable amount= cost(after discount) + tax

=27000+3240

=30240.

Amount Anita has to pay for the bicycle is ₹30,240.
