I think that the major reason for it is unawareness of these people. Somewhere if they are familiar with Thier problems, then they don't want to work on it and think that it is all's problems, so why I work on it. Other reason, the lack of attention by Govt on rural problem, lack of facilities of health and education.

These problems can be solved through Gram Sabha somewhere, but these people don't aware about importance of Gram Sabha or what they can do through it?
