Let the density of water be 1.
Then density of B would be 0.5
Density of A would be 0.8
We know that oil is lighter than water .But we don't know the relation between the densities of iol a and b so we can put oil on the top.
When we put all the content in cylinder and left undisturbed for 1 hour, they all will be separate into the layers. The most dense liquid will go down to the bottom and least dense liquid will occupy the top level. Layers on cylinder will be as follows : Bwatera
