The probability of rainfall in the 1st Jan of a year is 1/20.

Occurrence of rainfall depends on many factors like temperature etc. So, the probability of rainfall changes from year to year.

Hence, the probability of rainfall " can't be determined ".

:-)Hope u understand it.
