Sir/Madam,
subject: regarding the menace of parking problems.
Through the esteemed columns of your newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of the transport authorities regarding the issue of increasing parking problem in our city.
There are thousands of vehicles In our city. Earlier, there will be only one vehicle on a family. But nowadays, nearly everyone in a family is using their own vehicle. Because of this, the problem of parking in our city is increasing day by day. Also, many incidents of road rage and quarrels occur because of this issue.
As a remedy, we should travel more in public transports like buses, local trains, etc. The government can also encourage people in this regard. Policemen can encourage people to walk for small distances or use bicycles, which both decreases traffic problems and also makes them healthy.
Also, interaction with other citizens is also important as many quarrels and road rage incidents happen because of the rude and angryness that we show to one another. A person who is in the driver seat must learn to control emotions while driving. I hope that the above mentioned authorities will take a step on this issue before it becomes more alarming to the lives of people.
