When water is in the state of ice, it remains in solid unless the temperature of environment increases. When we kept a glass of water which is in ice state, when we keep it out to the room temperature, the process is called Condensation. The ice start changing its state to water as it is in over 20° celcius. Regelation also occurs.

Explanation:

When the air moves up, it gets cooler and cooler. At sufficient height the air becomes so cool that the water vapour present in it condenses to form tiny drops of water called droplets. It so that many droplets, of water come together to form larger sized of water. Some drops of water become so heavy that they begin to fall. These falling water - droplets are called rain.
