Fragmentation is a asexual reproduction in which parent body divide into many fragment and then each fragment give rise to a new organism by cell -by cell division.
1. A Multicellular organisms are not simply a random collection of cells.

2. Multi - cellular organisms have many specialized cells organised as tisuues and tissues as organs which take specific position in body and do specific  functions.
3. They need more complex ways to reproduce.
