The ninth semester Architecture students at the College of Engineering, Trivandrum (CET) are engaged in an ambitious project to revitalise the Fort area of the city. As part of the project, the students have come up with a scale model of the Fort area displaying all buildings that fall within the Fort walls.
The model has been exhibited in the Architecture Department of the College. The team of 47 students of the S9 batch undertook a research of the Fort area of Thiruvananthapuram as part of their Architectural Design Studio 2009. The students were guided by faculty members Binumol Tom, Shailaja Nair and Manju G. Nair.
