observe the following formulas:
  (i) -  ×  - =  +
  (ii) + × + =  +
  (iii) - × + = -
  (iv) + × - = -
given,
(-9) ×(-5) ×(-6) ×(-3) = plus ×minus × minus = minus ×minus = plus
(-9) ×(-5) × 6 ×(-3)  = plus ×plus ×minus = plus × minus = minus
here, observe only the signs. that's the reason
