8x^2+ 18y^2+12xy.....(1)
=2 (4x^2+9y^2+6xy)
and (2x-3y)..... (2)
product of (1) n (2)=
2(2x-3y)(4x^2+9y^2+6xy)= 2 (2x-3y)((2x)^2+2x.3y+(3y)^2)
=2 ((2x)^3-(3y)^3) .....
since a cube - b cube=(a-b)(a square+ab+b square)
hence the product is 2 (8x^3-27y^3)
=2 (4x^2+9y^2+6xy)
and (2x-3y)..... (2)
