Now,

c × b = x8

b × b  + x = y8

a × b + y = 38

Since All digits are even.

by hit and trial method,

we have

c = 2 or 6  then b = 4 or 8

2 × 4 = 08   or 6 × 8 = 48  

Now,

if b = 4 then 4 × 4 + 0 = 16. so, it is not accepted

if b = 8 then 8 × 8 + 4 = 68. so it is accepted

Thus, we have c = 6 and b = 8

Now,

we have a × 8 + 6 = 38

8a = 38 -32

8a =  6

a = 4
