630 = 2 x 3 x 3 x 5 x 7

There are five digits. Now, let us multiply 3 and 3 as any of the four digits cannot be same.

630= 2 × 9 × 5 × 7

The four digit numbers that can be formed from four unique numbers is the square of square of 4

(4²)²= 16² =256

256 such numbers can be formed.
