 \sf \: (2x) ,2x + 2

 \sf \: (2x)(2x + 2) = 528

 \sf4x(x + 1) = 528

 \sf { x}^{2}  + x =  \frac{528}{4}  = 132

 \sf {x}^{2}  + x - 132 = 0

Hence,

X is a smaller integer

x + 2 is a consecutive even integer to X
