SOLUTION

TO DETERMINE

The product of smallest common multiple and the biggest common factor of 30,36 and 42

EVALUATION

Here the given three numbers are 30,36 and 42

30 = 2 \times 3 \times 5

36 = 2 \times 2 \times 3 \times 3

42 = 2 \times 3 \times 7

Now

Smallest common multiple

= 2 × 2 × 3 × 3 × 5 × 7

= 1260

Biggest common factor

= 2 × 3

= 6

Hence the required product

= 1260 × 6

= 7560
