let Sunita's present age be x years
her age before 2 years = x - 2 years
her age after 4 years = x + 4 years
Acc to question
(x-2)(x+4) = 2x + 1
x² + 4x - 2x - 8 = 2x + 1
x² + 2x - 2x - 8 - 1 = 0
x² - 9 = 0
x² = 9
x = √9
x = 3
Sunita's present age = 3 years
