let, 2n, 2n+2 be the two even consecutive numbers

2n (2n +2) = 4488

4n² + 4n = 4488

n² + n = 1122

n² + 34n - 33n - 1122 =0

n ( n + 34 ) - 33 ( n + 34 ) = 0

( n + 34 ) ( n - 33 ) = 0

n = -34 or 33

consider positive values, the option are given in positive

2n , 2n + 2

2(33), 2(33) +2

66, 68

so the answer is 66

option. C

Hope you understand, any doubts comment ;))
