$15 \frac{3}{4}$
one fraction is =
$4 \frac{1}{2}$
secound fraction is :-
$\frac{15 \frac{3}{4} }{ 4\frac{1}{2} } \\ = \frac{ \frac{63}{4} }{ \frac{9}{2} } = \frac{63}{18} = \frac{7}{2}$
