let two no. be x and y

given product of x and y is -2/3

one no. be -8/11 i e., x= -8/11

so ,

x*y = -2/3

 \frac{ - 8}{11}  \times y =  \frac{ - 2}{3}

 \frac{4}{11}  \times y =  \frac{1}{3}

12y = 11

y =  \frac{11}{12}
