Let the other number be 'x' .
16 times of that number = 14×x = 14x
Now , Product of two numbers =;256
⇒x×4x = 256
⇒4x² = 256
⇒ x² = 256/4
⇒ x² = 64
⇒ x = √64=8
Therefore , the numbers are (x) = 8,
(4x) = 4 ×8 =32
so the numbers are 32 and 8
