Given:-

  • The product of two numbers is the largest 2 digit number .

  • if one of the number is -11

To Find:-

  • The Other Number.

How To Solve ?

  • It is given that the Product is largest two number

  • First number is in negative so second number must be in negative in order to get the Product in Positive.

Now,

→ Largest two Digit number = 99

→ Product of two number = 9

Let the Other number be x

→ -11 × x = 99

→ x = 99/-11

→ x = -9

Hence, The other number is -9.

GIVEN

The product of two numbers is the largest 2 digit number . if one of the number is -11 , find the other number

TO FIND

Second number

How to solve ??

We have to give divide by 2 digit largest number /given number

Solution

2 \: digit \: largest \: number \:  = 99

1st \: number \:  =  - 11

Consider the second number to be x

 \:  - 11 \times  x = 99

x =  \frac{99}{ - 11}

x =  - 9

So the number is -9
