It can be done by taking the number x

then x (x + 1) = 240

x² + x = 240

x² + x - 240 =0

x² + 16x - 15x - 240 = 0

x ( x + 16) - 15 ( x + 16) = 0

( x -15 )( x + 16) = 0

x =15 or x = -16

as x is a positive integer

so x = 15 so

one integer is 15 and other is 16

ANSWER

vibhwizard: It can be done by applying Pythagoras Theorem
vibhwizard: Take one side x other x + 7 so x² + ( x + 7)² = 13²
vibhwizard: x² + x² + 49² + 14x = 169
vibhwizard: 2x² + 49 + 14x = 169
vibhwizard: 2x² + 14x + 49 - 169 =0
