Let x and y be any two numbers


According to the question


Xy=1024-------------- eq 1


$\frac{x}{y} = \frac{4}{1}$


$x = 4y$
Put x vale in the equation




$4y \times y = 1024$


${y}^{2} = \frac{1024}{4}$


${y}^{2} = 256$

$y = \sqrt{256}$



$y = 16$



Substitute y vale in equation1...We get,



$xy = 1024$


$x \times 16 =1024$



$x = \frac{1024}{16}$



$x = 64$




$therefore \:the \: two \: numbers \: are \: 64 \: and16$
