\huge\mathfrak\blue{Answer:}

Given:

  • We have been given that product of two number is ( - 7/8 )
  • One of number is ( - 1/6 )

To Find:

  • We have to find the second number

Solution:

Let the second number = x

According to the Question

\implies x \times \dfrac{-1}{6}=  \dfrac{ - 7}{8}

Hence

\implies x =  \dfrac{-7}{8} \times \dfrac{-6}{1}

\implies x =  \dfrac{7}{4} \times 3

\implies x = \dfrac{21}{4}

Second number is ( 21/4 )
