 \frac{3}{4}   \times x = 1 \\  =  > x =  \frac{1}{1}  \times  \frac{4}{3}  \\ =  >  x =  \frac{4}{3}

Verification :

 \frac{3}{4}  \times  \frac{4}{3}  = 1 \\ (3and \: 3 \: will \: get \: cancelled \: and \: 4 \: and4 \: will \: get \: cancelled)
