Let the Another Number be x

5/28×x= -3/7

5x/28=-3/7

Now cross multiply 28 to -3 and 5 to 7 we get

5x×7=-3×28

so we get 35x= -3×28

x= -3×28/35

we get it to be -12/5 by simplifying
