according to the question,

x \times  \frac{3}{2}  = 9 \\  =  >  \frac{x}{1}  \times  \frac{3}{2}  = 9 \\  =  >  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \frac{3x}{2}  = 9 \\  =  > 3x = 9  \times 2 \\  =  >  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  x =  \frac{18}{3}  \\  after \: cancellation \\ x = 6

6 \times  \frac{3}{2}  = 9 \\  \frac{6}{1}  \times  \frac{3}{2}  = 9 \\ after \: cancellation \:  \\ 3 \times 3 = 9 \\ 9 = 9
