To Find :- Other number.

Solution :-

Let the other number be x.

\rightarrow\sf \: x \:  =  \:  \dfrac{ - 28}{9}  \:  \times  \:  \dfrac{ - 9}{4}

=> x × (-4)/9 = (-28)/9

=> x = (-28)/(-4)
