Let the other number be x.

then,

➡ x * 3/5 = (-12/35)

➡ x = (-12/35) * (5/3)

➡ x = (-4/7)

Second number is (-4/7)

Now, the difference of two numbers.

➡ (3/5) - (-4/7)

➡ (3/5) + ( 4/7)

➡ (21 + 20) / 35

➡ 41/35.

Answer :- 41/35

hope it will help you !!!
