Let the other no. be 'x'.

Product of two rational numbers = -12/13

 \frac{8}{15}  \times x =  \frac{ - 12}{13}

x =  \frac{ \frac{ - 12}{13} }{ \frac{8}{15} }  =  \frac{ - 12}{13}  \times  \frac{15}{8}

x =  \frac{ - 45}{26}
