Let, the other rational number be x

According to question :

 \frac{ - 4}{3}  \times x =  \frac{ - 16}{9}  \\  \\  =  > x =  \frac{ - 16 \times 3}{ - 4 \times 9}  =  \frac{4}{3}

Let the required no.be x

x × -4/3=-16/9

x =-16/9×-3/4

x = -4/3
